Substance Use Disorder

Our dynamic team provides holistic care for those with substance use disorders.  We are a multifaceted program that works to restore wellness when substance use disorder invades one’s life.  It is well accepted today that substance use disorder is a chronic disease that interrupts every part of life.  Our team helps regain control and prevent worsening health conditions from the devastation of substance use.  We offer individual and group care for these issues.  We consider every client’s recovery as their own and work diligently with them to develop a course where they can find success.  We offer medication assisted treatment, peer support counseling, mental health therapy/counseling, group counseling, intensive outpatient services, case management and referral services and support.

Our team is uniquely connected and can help you maneuver the sometimes-difficult system that often accompanies substance use disorder.  Our team has more than 50 years of combined experience traversing substance use disorder.  Our approach is unique, and we make a difference, together.
